Welcome Our New Team Member – Kathleen Hettes

The O’Brien Law Group and Pinnacle Abstract are pleased to introduce Kathleen Hettes, Paralegal for The O’Brien Law Group and Closing Manager for Pinnacle Abstract.

Kathleen brings a strong background in financial management, office administration, and customer relations, making her a valuable addition to our team.

With a Master’s in Business Administration from Wilkes University and a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from Penn State University, Kathleen has developed extensive expertise in managing complex business operations. She has held leadership roles in accounts receivable, billing, and office management, overseeing financial processes, improving efficiency, and leading teams to success. Throughout her career, she has excelled in problem-solving, process improvement, and team leadership in fast-paced environments, making her well-equipped to handle the demands of a high-volume law firm specializing in corporate, banking and real estate transactions, as well as title insurance and real estate closings.

Outside of work, Kathleen enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband, Jim, their daughter Kora, and her stepson KJ.
